  • A free in-home consultation with you and your loved ones.
  • If you or your loved ones do not currently live in the area, we will be happy to partner with your realtor, attorney, or any other professional to help with your transition.
  • No need to organize for us! Once we have contracted with you, our team will begin the process. We sort, wash, tag, price, and display each and every item in your home. Let us take the guesswork out of what has value and what does not. Believe it or not, the little things add up. We want to get the ultimate amount of money possible for you.
  • Professional analysis of rare and unusual items. We may find something in your home that requires further investigation of its value. We have worked with large well-known auction houses from coast to coast, as well as other local and regional contacts.
  • In-home sale for one or more days (depending on the size of your sale).
  • Professional advertising and a guarantee to get the people to your sale!
  • By law we are required to collect sales tax at your sale. We will obtain all required permits and tax licenses.
  • At sale end, some items will remain. We will work with you to determine where you want items to be sent. We partner with many local charities who are happy to pick up any donation.
  • Finally...we offer you and your loved ones one very important thing...confidence! We have worked in the valley and surrounding areas for over 30 years. We are honest, trusted, and highly respected. Many references and local contacts are testimony to our services.

What questions to ask when choosing an estate liquidation company.

Does the company bring in other items to a sale? It is our practice to never combine inventory, be it personal or from another estate.

Does the company offer a clear and concise contract? The contract you will sign was drawn up by an estate planning attorney. Our accounting form used to report sale proceeds, tax collected, resale items, advertising, and other areas of importance was designed by a local, reputable accountant. 

Does the company collect sales tax? As an estate liquidation company, we are required by law to collect and pay city, state, and county sales tax.
